Are bees allowed?  Yes, as grandfathered, and in A-1 and U-1 districts and in FW and FP Overlays per definition of Agriculture and as long as bees are not disrupting the community. See Nuisance citation below. Source text located at:

If a nuisance was called: The bees would need to be disrupting the community per interpretation of below ordinance for a valid nuisance.

Ch. 67 Domestic Animal control SEC. 67.5 PENALTY. 1. Any person who keeps or harbors any domestic animal or fowl and allows the animal or fowl to run at large within the city is guilty of a misdemeanor. 2. Any person who keeps or harbors within the city such bothersome animals, fowls or insects as barking dogs, cattle, horses, swine, sheep, chickens, ducks or bees which tend to disrupt the peace and good order of the community is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Additional notes: SEC. 100.3.03 FUTURE ANNEXATION. All territory which may be annexed to the city after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall automatically be classed as lying in the A-1 Agricultural District until such classification shall have been changed by an amendment to the zoning ordinance as provided by law.
