Are bees allowed? Yes, as there is no code regarding insects. No citation as there is no code.
If a nuisance was called: Conditions of a situation where a honey bee “causes a reasonable person to be fearful of bodily harm or property damage” may be valid. See citation below.
Chapter 58.03.11“Wild animal” means an animal which is not of a species customarily used as an ordinary household pet, but one which would ordinarily be found in the wilderness of this or any other country, or one which otherwise causes a reasonable person to be fearful of bodily harm or property damage.
Additional notes: City is exploring urban chickens currently and may also define something related to bee keeping.
