Are bees allowed? Yes. There is no code prohibiting beekeeping. (No digital citation as there is no code regarding honey bees.)
If a nuisance was called: A claim could be made to the State, but not the City as there is no code to violate.
Does the City spray for mosquitos and can I opt out? Yes, the City sprays and no, you cannot opt out.
